Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies across MONAD's editorial, social media, website, email, and exhibition platforms.

  • Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with upcoming exhibitions, artist features, product launches, and company initiatives.

  • Identify compelling stories, themes, and creative angles that strengthen MONAD's brand and community engagement.

  • Collaborate with artists, writers, photographers, designers, and marketing partners to produce high-quality content.

  • Oversee the creation of editorial features, artist interviews, exhibition announcements, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.

  • Analyze content performance and audience engagement metrics to optimize future content strategies.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and platforms.

  • Research cultural trends, emerging artists, and industry developments to inform content planning.

  • Support brand partnerships by developing content concepts and campaign strategies.

  • Other related content, editorial, and marketing responsibilities as reasonably requested by MONAD.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Experience developing content strategies for creative, media, cultural, or lifestyle brands.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.

Production Assistant

About MONAD

MONAD produces exhibitions, cultural events, and creative experiences around the world. We are seeking a Production Assistant to help coordinate the logistics, preparation, and execution of exhibitions and events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of exhibitions, installations, pop-ups, and special events.

  • Coordinate artwork production logistics, including printing, framing, shipping, and inventory management.

  • Track exhibition timelines, deadlines, vendor communications, and production schedules.

  • Assist with venue preparation, installation, deinstallation, and event-day operations.

  • Maintain spreadsheets, production documents, and operational systems.

  • Coordinate with artists, vendors, venues, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Support transportation, packaging, and handling of artwork and exhibition materials.

  • Troubleshoot production and operational issues as they arise.

  • Provide on-site assistance during exhibitions and events as needed.

  • Other related operational and production responsibilities as reasonably requested by MONAD.

Curation Manager

MONAD works with artists from around the world through exhibitions, open calls, editorial features, and cultural programming. The Curation Manager plays a key role in maintaining the artistic quality and vision of MONAD's exhibitions and creative initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the review and evaluation of artist submissions for exhibitions, open calls, competitions, and special projects.

  • Assess artwork based on artistic quality, originality, technical execution, thematic relevance, and exhibition fit.

  • Develop and refine exhibition themes, selection criteria, and curatorial frameworks.

  • Create artist shortlists and make recommendations regarding exhibition selections.

  • Manage submission databases, review systems, scoring processes, and artist records.

  • Coordinate with artists regarding submission requirements, artwork specifications, and exhibition participation.

  • Conduct research on emerging artists, creative trends, and relevant cultural movements.

  • Assist in developing exhibition narratives, artist statements, and curatorial materials.

  • Collaborate with MONAD's editorial and production teams to ensure cohesive exhibition execution.

  • Maintain the artistic integrity and curatorial standards of all MONAD programs.

  • Other related curatorial, selection, and administrative responsibilities as reasonably requested by MONAD.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of contemporary art, photography, and visual culture.

  • Experience reviewing portfolios, artist submissions, or exhibition proposals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to evaluate artwork objectively while supporting diverse creative perspectives.
