NIKE NYC: MURAL

For Black History Month 2025, MONAD partnered with Nike NYC to design a mural celebrating Black culture and Brooklyn’s lasting influence. The artwork brings together neighborhood landmarks, everyday objects, and Nike icons to tell a story rooted in place.

From the Brooklyn Bridge and corner store to the subway, sneakers, and camera, each detail reflects the people and creativity that shape New York. Centered around the words “Unapologetic Legacy,” the mural honors the past while celebrating the culture being built today.
